Nicholas Lin
Nick grew up in Singapore and moved to New York to study, during this time he
was a photographer for Martha Steward’s Living Magazine and the New York Fashion Week.
After graduation, Nick worked as a private chef and marketing consultant in New York City
and he also attended courses at
the French Culinary Institute and Japanese technique classes at the Gohan Society.
Nick is passionate about food, he started cooking in the kitchen of his parent’s home when he was
thirteen and was soon put in-charge of the family’s weekly cookouts. Nick is
currently experimenting with new flavors and kitchen techniques.
Adhika Maxi
Max attended the French Culinary Institute after deciding against graduate school
and worked at Restaurant Asiate, Mandarin Oriental, under Chef Nori Sugie. Max
is now a chef for Gordon Ramsay at the Michelin 2-Star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay
at the London Hotel, New York under the guidance of Chef Josh Emmett.
Max is
currently contributing to Japanese food culture.
